Dear Sir, that is not the one, but in any case very relevant to my search. I want that classic jdgment as the Leaned Judges mentioned some very interesting issues like the difference between conscious and fit state of mind. Thank you for the contribution Sir. I will be posting another query in connection with this matter and hope to see you there too.
