498 is at cross stage there is huge difference b/w F.I.R ,her statement , in 406 application & in DV Application in F.I.R she mention her father spend 5 lacs in marriage in dv application amount raised to 8 lacs in 406 raised to 15 lacs & in cross 5 lacs + many cars + wagon R. IN 125 cross she said that she had filed a fir @ 25/8/2008 in mahila thana meerut but at the mention date she was living with me in gurgaon & many more false statements

My question is that can i use CrPc 340 if yes how & in which court

1. The Court where cross happend is the jurisdiction to move S. 340 CrPC and stress on its disposal first before anythign else shall move if not stressed then concerned Court will linger it till final Judgment date and then it is no point chasing perjury. Even Hon'ble SC says dispose perjury first either way then anything else............
