Why not !, any body can contest without a lawyer but practically it becomes impossible and requires lawyer. As you required this time.

procedure is not so dificult but practicaly is not so easy.

appointing of a lawyer is not necessary in any type of case. But it is not easy to know the procedure one should have a law expert to get the job done properly.

yes u can do it, but a layman cannot do it properly.
