I have Plot in Gurgaon in 23 sector .HUDA gave us the offer of possession letter on 29th July 1985.I deposited all dues by 2007 along with the Building plan which was approved by HUDA in 2007,but due to some finicial reason i was not able to start construction.Now as the building plan is valid for 2 years i submitted fresh plan to HUDA and now they are not approving it.They are saying the time limit was 15 years and you have crossed that limit.Now when ever new policy will come then you will have to act accordingly till then we have resumed your plot.
Can anyone help me on this .....what should i do.
