Supplier ethical business agreement

I am in need of a Supplier / vendor agreement wherein it would be specified the ethical business practices expected to be followed by suppliers and clauses related to no gifts to our employees.and confidentiality etc.

If the Company has a Corporate Governance Policy illustrating its ethical practice/business principles. The policy document may be a part of the agreement and the vendor my sign off a statement, having read the policy and agreeing to abide by the same.
