fake certificate of SC/ST/OBC

Hi all of you,

It is found that most of general category person doing jobs in various department, in place of reserved category SC/ST/OBC with help of a fake certificate of reserved category. So all of you must give your kind attention towards this matter, govt of India & states govt. must verify the documents of all reserved category's employee.

I feel that there is a need of formation of a centralised independant cell where people can REPORT ABOUT FAKE CERTIFICATE holders without fear with a provision of severe punishment to the defaulters.

Regarding the certificates of the employees employed in reserved category, Vide Maharashtra Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, De-notified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Special Backward Category (Regulation of Issuance of Verification of) Caste Certificate Act, 2000 it is mandatory for the employer to send the caste certificates for verification to the Caste Scrutiny Committee.

I am sure that in other states also similar Act must be there.
