Maintenance

Hi, can any one clarify me on the below

husband is running his own business and is earning almost 1,50,000 per month.

Wife left her job to join her husband (actually she was working in another state and as her husband asked her to leave the job she left it).

She took a loan of 500000 form the company and gave it to her husband and he promised her to repay it.

Wife was paying the emi till she actually left the job.

Husband asked wife to leave the job n threatened her that he will leave her and kids if she don’t leave the job and stay with him.

So wife decided to leave the job, but as she has loan asked husband to repay it, but he refused saying that he will not pay the loan as it is not required as she will leave the state and she don’t want any experience letter as he is earning good and will take care of her n the kids.

As she did not have a choice she did as he asked her to do. she stopped going to work with out informing and was declared as absconding by the company.

Now both husband and wife are staying apart , wife is staying with her parents with her 2 daughters.

The question is , even though she is a graduate and have work experience she cat get a job on that experience as she dont have the relieving letter from her ex- employer.

Can she file for maintenance or will that husband have any alternative to escape form paying her n what would be the amount he would be liable to pay(approximately)

if she is not working at time of maintanance case processing she will get the maintanance, and if she is working and earning self at the time the husband prove that the wife has earning  otherwise she will get the maintanance once proved in the court.
