1. No need to register as TM attorney, its TM Agent who require registration and if you are already lawyer registered with any recognized bar in India, just submit a copy of your BC registration certificate and you will get your agent code.
2. Regarding TM Licensing = It's depend upon the total valuation of the TM

Suppose if the consideration amount is Rs. 500, what will be the stamp duty in Delhi sir?

Its minimum Rs. 100 but maximum depend upon the total value mentioned in the TM license.

Ok! so how do i calculate it if the sum so mentioned is Rs. 1000?
