Trademark infringement suit

Dear All,

Is it advisable that when i am filing a trademark infringement sut against someone that I also file a copyright infringement suit?

The case in my case is that my trademark that has been infringed is registered under the trademarks act but not under the copyright act.

Dear User,

First of all, it would be ideal if you can explained the case or given more facts.

Copyright registration is not necessary. Still you can include copyright infringement.

For more details Contact

Thanks
