Landlord want to terminate the tenancy before the tenure

Sir,
I need help from you. i am staying at Pune with family. I have been staying here in rented house since last 5 month.
now, Landlord want to terminate the tenancy before the tenure period(which is 11 month).i spent very less month (5 month)in this rented house.i dont want to vacant the house before the tenancy period.i am staying here with my family so i dont want to move.i want to stay till the tenure period.
i have formal rent agreement with the landlord.its not registered rent agreement.
Sir, please advice me how to stay in this house till the tenure period? is there any rules that he can force me to vacant with/with out any reason?

He can not forcefully evict you. Judge the situation if the landlord creates more problem file a civil case in local court. You will get protection.
