I have a Querry.
Karta of the HUF died. The Coparceners do not want to continue the HUF they want to dissolve it.
1. Is there any deed required to be passed?
2. Who will be eligible for the property of HUF? Karta was having 3 Sons with their wives and the 3 Sons in all have 4 Sons (i.e. grandons of the Karta) & 2 Unmarried Daughters and 1 Married Daughter (granddaughter of the Karta) the wife of karta is passed away.
3. If deed of dissolution is required, kindly please provide it.
