Dear sir,In India there are different State Rules in each of the States. However there are central statutes such Indian Companies Act if yo intend to register a company. Then You have several Statutes such as Factories Act,Industrial development regulation Act and som on. I would like to know from what type of business you intend to set up in India and in which part of the Country, then only your querry can be suitably reolied. Thanks and regards . V.K.Wasnik
