My father had a 2600 sqft land in chennai, which is purchased by my father and constructed a house of 1600 sqft from his earnings. I have a brother. My father wants to pull down the existing house and propose to construct a new building to house so that both the sons will get a independent portion .
My doubts are:
Is it possible to share the land as UDS by individuals?
We need to execute a partition deed or settlement?
Is there any way to share the property between us?

u make a Agreement of Understanding between all. If possible, It's better u registered a partition deed in registrar office.
