Good Evening to all the members,

Sir,

I am the new members and i want to know about your views or any citations in contract act where person(Judgement Debtors) have denied  their liability which he signed a reciept cum agreement in front of two witnesses without addresses mentioned in it and JD name is also incorrect and he signed it in revenue stamp

My Question is any citation which help me to denying on my liability
