we are looking at selling a Property . Will we be able to sell it to a person with a Foreign citizenship ? The husband is a Foreigner by Birth and the Wife is still an Indian . Can the Property be registered in the Husbands name ??

Sale of immovable property to a Foreigner can be executed, subject to obtaining permission from the competent authorities.

When u purchase a property u take a permission of Government Authority for that and then registered a documents at Registrar Office.
