Yes, LCI is realy an open university

A thread "LCI: an open university in real sense" was being liked by the bona fide members of this site and was gathering huge positive comments.

I repeat here the thread and re asert that LCI is realy performing the roll of an open university in real sense. There may be limitation of subjects in the universities, but at this site there is no limitation about subjects and topics. No sylabus is prescribed here. It is visited by the public and members with more interest than the students visit in the statutory open university.

Only difference is that, it does not distribute degrees. And for this, I have given a slogan to the universities that : "Degree tum banto, shiksha hum bantenge" ! (You distribute the degrees, we shall spread the education)

and I have also started a movement of  "Door Step University".
