I am Sridhar. We have formation land of 1.08 acres. recently we have surveyed the land. then we got to know that my neighbour encroached the property of 0.03acres. we surveyed twice but he is not ready to leave the land
what is the next step we have to take; please advice; still we have not taken the help of police...

File a suit for mandatory injunction against the person who has encroached your land. It is very important to get appoint the court commissioner in the suit. You can also get appint an ex-parte court commissioner to measue the agrl., land of yours and your neighbour

file the civil suit as advised and claim other consequential reliefs as well.
it will be better to visit local lawyer so that proper procedure could be adopted for the quick initiation of proceedings.
