MISUSE OF 498A LOSS OF RS.4500 CRORES PER ANNUM

If some one roughly assumes that atleast around 10% goes to advocates/police/judges and others ...............................it comes out to 450 crores per year !!!

Just one law makes such huge business.

If 498a is made defunct without power then its a huge loss of whole business chain!!! (its a huge chain from chi walas, doctors, mobile companies, taxis)

We are still way behind US...where damages/loss/defamation lawsuits run in trillions...we just need a breathrough and a few judgements which forster the confidence in judiciary that they will get their damages....then they won't mind paying to lawyers from it. But in India ppeople get pittance in damages or rather never get it. so people simply forego on damages!!!

govt shud approve more such laws to increase GDP/GNP.

To stop misuse of imbalanced laws only solution is to make these laws balanced (no giander bias) and for that reprsentations needs to be sent to all in the power alongwith copy of articles,newspapers cutting (like one attached). If need be, i will attach the list. Please send the letters for change of all these biased laws.
