hello. my wife has applied for maintnnce for her child n herself yesterday. i want to knw:
1. i came to knw that judge will pass order of interim maintennce, which would be on monthly basis, my ques is - whether this amount (for example 10k per month) will remain the same throughot life or amount will increase as now child is in nursery class, afters ome yrs she will do engnnrng/higher studies/marriage??
2. whn can i remarry

yes court will take inflation and ur income at time of revision petion filing into consideration.

permanent maintenance/alimony takes into account several other factors like assets , disposable income, faultind party,children, duration of marriage, ability to earn, standard of living, town/metro.
