I would like some help from you people on following case.
Problem:
There is a flat which is jointly owned by a husband and wife, where the wife name is first and husband as 2nd owner. After the first owners death (wife), what would be the procedure to transfer the name of 2nd owner as the 1st and transfer the name of the nominee as 2nd owner?
Will it require any NOC? if yes, from whom?
Will there be any sort of tranfer fees to be paid?
What sort of documents need to gathered or submitted from the CHS?

Any information along with completed procedure and documents would be much appriceated.
