Yes. Provided, the AGM of the prsent society passes such resolution, and subject to the minimum requirement of members in each building are in confirmity with th norms applicable for formation of such a scoeity.

You have to intimate to the registrar of socities stating that the parent cooperative socity is closed ,and you can open or any number of socities as you required .
