Govt building Vacate suggestion please?

Hi there,

We have given a rent to Andha State Government department and they are staying morethan 10 years now. From past 3 years we sending formal and legal notice to vacate the building. They are not replying to our letter and keeping on saying they will vacate building, when they found the sutiable building and  also rent is not receving promptly.. Building is fully damage conditions now.

we took the lawyer suggestion, he suggesting to file the case in Andhra high court, but he says timeline is not defintive. Is  this best solution to vacate them?  ASAP we want to them the vacate the building, please advise the best approach?

One of my friend, he is not lawyer. He suggested to get the highcourt injection order. Will it works?

Please advise.. Appreciate your reply

Thanks in Advance

Kareem

Simply issuing notice to the department is not sufficient.  Issue notice u/s 80 CPC r/w sec 106 of TP Act to The Deputy Commissioner of the Dist. who is the representative of the state and to the concerned departments. Any how they are not going to vacate the buidling, so after the mandtory period is over file a suit for eviction
