CAN A SON MAKE THE FATHER’S SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY TO BE DISPUTED, IF YES HOW? WILL THE FATHER BE ABLE TO TRANSFER HIS SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY TO HIS DAUGHTER BY ANY METHOD, IF THE SAME PROPERTY GETS DISPUTED, PLS ADVISE ASAP?

son cannot raise dispute.  Not only father, Any person having self acquired property can transfer the property to any person son, daughter or third party.  no one can question.
