Dear Experts
In the present perview of Aarushi murder case, when Prosecution(CBI) has filed the closer report before the court and subsequently if the court accept it, is there any provision left for the victim's (Aarushi's) family to go for appeal against the said closer report of CBI ?

THey can file appeal after obtaining leave from the Court
