Hi,
I have purchased a Two wheeler in Chennai on Jan 2010 under Loan. The loan tenure is 3 years. Now, in Dec 2010, I am shifting the byke to Bangalore. I am having all the valid documents like RC, tax, insurance, PUC,... Is NOC to be taken for using the byke in Bangalore. Can anyone help me on this?

u not only have to take NOC rather u will also be asked to pay road tax of Karnataka. At Bangalore u will face lot of problem since ur vehicle bear TN Reg. Number. Most of the Traffic Police at bangalore are corrupt, so compelte all the documents also keep the reciept of the railway or transport agency, so that u can prove that u have brought the vehicle on the particular date.

NOC is must and do not forget to get NOC from Police Commisioner of Chennai.
