Hi
My comapny is asking bond money of approx 6 month salary for 3 year . they have hold my salary and providend fund
they have not given any training against which they have taken bond
at joining they have taken cheque for above bond and sue case under 138 of negotiable act
can i apply for stay against such recovery if yes how

depend upon your agreement with the co. about your job. Is there any cause in the appointment letter relating to bond ?
