Procedure to file a Consumer Complaint

When you are cheated by a company after purchasing a product or availing a service, it is very common and obvious to go through the emotions like anger, dissatisfaction, revenge against the company who cheated you.

To submit a file of consumer complaint you have to go through some proceduce or follow some steps which are as following:

1. Collect relevant documents of your product.

2. Send a legal notice to that company.

3. Hire a legal representative.

4. After all you prepare your complaint and file it.

Its all about the steps to file a complaint, if you have any comments or suggestions then you are always wel come.

Thanks

It is necessary to have a bill in proof of your payment.

ICRPC is an NGO, which helps you to fight you own case without lawyer. I have won one case with their guidence and the results came within nine monts only. The best part is that there is a time frame within which the Forum is suppose to deliver so do not get discouraged and go ahead. All the best.
