7/12 extract

hi, i   am  hrishikesh, i like to purchase a agricultural land  in maharashtra. i am not a farmer. my wife is the daughter of a farmer . her both parents r dead,and we have requliquest the rights .will her fathers 7/12 extract 

and her bith certificate can be accepted as my wife as a farmer

As your wife's parent's have no land,your wife could not be agriculturist. Had your father inlaw had left land,your wife could have been.Old 7/12 should not be used.

U see the latest 7/12 of your father in law property and then u enter your wife name in this 7/12 thenafter u purchase a agriculter land in your wife name only.

It's necessary your father in law ia a farmer and now his name in revenue record and he has not sale the said land till today first u check the revenue record.
