talk to the customer care people regarding your problem of orkut you can find regarding this in orkut only they only will give you suggestions on which time it was hacked and from which place the access was done

You can lodge police complaint in your local PS and further forward a letter to the SP or DC (as the case may be) briefly narrating the facts of the case. There are provisions both in IPC and IT Act 2000 for dealing unauthorised access of computer system and action can be taken accordingly after the police investigation. Feel free to ask further questions if there is any.
