Judge said divorce granted

In one case the Judge said “Divorce Granted” and date of final order was fixed.

On date of final order there were couple of additions to compromise terms. This was added through counselor. After raising couple of doubts(not relating to additional points), which lawyers clarified and then the judge said ok today she does not have time and fixed another date.

Could there be any other problem in getting divorce? Is it that when the judge said “divorce granted”, it is only the court formalities which are to be completed and the divorce is already given.

After pronouncing the judgemnet court should not accept any arguement or document.  Now god knows what may be!!! I hope there should not be any change.

Once the judgement is pronounced in the open court, only order or decree can be issued. Any addition/deletion is possible only by filing anew case or reopening the case. This is irregularity and should be brought to the notice of the higher forum.

when the court has said divorce granted then why the court will fix date for final order ? might be the court has not officially declared the decision...
