my uncle land near navi mumbai & taloja when he purchase that time total area was in dispute they don't want navi mumbai mahanagerpalika so agian gram panchayat is coming but all near area are commerical with shed they start to taking taxes for shed one month ago they came ask for tax with penalty uncle say ok but certainly today they came with notice they will demolish the shed with in month because you are not taken permission so in this case what we can do what are the law applicable to us & them
