Dear all experts,
My wife had filed a false case in Crime Against Women Cell and from there it was forwarded to Mediation Center,Rohini for settlement.
Finally,My case has been settled with the amount Rs. 5.00 lacs to be paid by me towards her Stridhan and alimony in two installments.FIrst Installment is to be given during first motion of Mutual Divorce and Second Installment is to be given during 2nd motion.
Please advise, Is the settlement order given by learned judge of mediation center final?
Can She appeal or challenge it anywhere for harrassing me and my family because my in-laws are very shrewd people .
What should be my next step to get rid of these people as soon as people?
MY marriage took place on 29.11.2009 and more than six month separation has already been completed.
