Property Owner

Hello All.

Can anyone please tell me if the licensee himself/herself leaves the house leaving his/her belongings in the house and its been 8 years to the same but the property owner wants to sell his house, then ???

He has to issue notice to the tenant to vacate the house. If the owner without informing the tenent took the possession of the house he may face criminal cases and those can be lodged by the tenenat. To aovid this it is better to take the possession of the house legally.
