hi. what is the legal remedy available to co author of the book when other author remove his name from book.
in this case, book has been published for last six years out of which for one year it is through a reputed publisher and for rest of years, its published by authors themselves.
please let me know the procedure to be followed in this case.

Sir, when did the author removed the co author's name? If it is long back, why did co author kept quiet all these days? The co author can sue the publisher for removing his name without his consent in court of law.

Co author holds the equal rights as the author, but things depends on the agreement.
