There are provision avilable , firstyou have to follow the service procedure and if your case is not solved , you can still a suit in the court. but this will sometimes affect you professinal , since you are taking a chace against your superior , you have to consult a lawyer who will advise you properly. So before doing anything please think before ink. We fear because they start harassing in the later stages .if you are confortable take a call ,All the best..
