What are the rights of beneficiaries of the will when a non beneficiary legal heir, disposes off or misappropriates the share of a will tested party knowingly. A non beneficiary legal heir was in possession of equity shares of m.v.of Rs.8,00,000 approx. The shares were in the joint names of a non beneficiary legal heir & will tested deceased person.
Do the benefiaries of the will have rights on deceased's 50% share of Rs.4,00,000 ?

the benificiary has right over the shares as described in the will, benificiary will acquire right over the property after will comes into effect and according to testator's wish, benificiary enjoys the property
