I have filed for divorce in 2009, since then almost there is no judge in court for about 10 months. Again now the judge got transferred and don't know how long it takes again for the new judge to come. This is happening in lower court. Can i transfer this to another court. If so some other court in same location or district court.
If anyone has any knowledge on this can help me please.
