In a instant case petitioner file a Civil Appeal against order of Eviction under Public Premises Eviction unauthorized Act 1971 court given stay in this case after getting stay petitioner does'nt pay any license fee and the license fee remain due. Can department recover this license fee from petitioner u/s 14 of PPE Act. Currently appeal is sine die.
