Paddy to Rice

is this a manufaturing or just processing? is it entitled to dediction u/s 80I B?

Paddy and rice are two different things in common parlence. They are seen as two different things, treated as two different things in the market. Applying the general parlance theory, process of converting paddy into rice amounts to manufacture.
