The Schedule tribe and other traditional forest dwellers recognition of right act 2006

 Dear Friends

here i quote the interim order of Orissa highcourt on the Scheduled tribe and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers  (Recognition of Forest Rghts) Act 2006

"In the mean time the opposite parties are directed not to under take any felling of trees and not to alienate  any land by issuing patta or by any other manner persuant to the provisons of the Scheduled tribe and Other Traditional Forest Dwellers  (Recognition of Forest Rghts) Act 2006 particularly from out of the Sanctuaries, National park and Biosphere reserve areas until further orders" .

My questions are

1. can this order prevent the Govt. from diversion of forest land to different projects where the people claim that they have interest in the said land and their right is not settled as per the provisons of forest right act 2006 and rules 2007.

2. Is there any order by any Highcourt in the light of above Orissa highcourt order

3.Is there any order where the Highcourt has rejected the prayers made to put a stay in recognition of rights to forest dwellers in the forest right act 2006
