In the present world scenario every Nation Big or Small are striving to make their Country the most competitive knowledge based economy and society in the world. this khas lead to drastic changes in education policy but with high relevance on career guidence for education, training and employment policies by pumping heavy expenditures for career guidence services to million of their youths. In this regards the members of the Organisation For Economic Co-Operation and Development as early as in 1960 entered into Policy designed Convention in Paris in 1960 for career guidence services to which India is not a member. Considering the termendous wind of change in our education policy can some of you precisely mentioned how much the GOI is spending on Career Guidence Services to the million of our youths.
