What is the Court fee for a suit based upon adverse possession? Is it proportional to the area of land claimed under adverse possession or is it a straight court fee of a fixed value? Please provide details of calculation or the amount in both cases.

Proportionate with respect to area but what is the base? The stamp duty on the land area?
