Search in the website of NCDRC as they must have uploaded such format as per voluntary disclosures under RTI Act.

Hello mam, greetings of the day.
As per your query, below I am providing you with the format for interim application to be filed in National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.
Synopsis: write a synopsis of your application first. It should contain your appealed section, the court you are applying to, your complaint, sections under the class action the important dates and your grievances. It should also contain the legal facts, the submissions made and why the objects were rejected initially.
List of dates: this should contain the list of exact dates the events took place, when the case was made, when it was disposed and when the appeal was filed.
Application: the application should be of the following format:-
Name of the court
Under section
Appeal number
Date of interim order
Parties name
Address to the justice
Most respectfully showeth
Your concern in details
The substantial questions of law that the appeal raises
The facts and circumstances leading to the filing of the present appeal
Grounds for consideration
Prayer
Name of the advocate of the petitioner
Date
Place
This is the exact procedure that you should follow while filing an interim application.
Hope this solves your query.

The purpose of the forum is to make every member confident, and learn the process himself.  Providing a link from which you secured the information helps the member to search for details in case of need.  Teach fishing and never give pudding.

This platform is meant for needy litigants and not for providing coaching / tuition.

Seek guidance of a local senior.

Well  explained by the experts above, the author may have to search for the formats and do not expect spoon feeding.

This forum renders legal opinions/suggestions and helps the distressed people to overcome their legal crisis or issues accordingly  hence no advantage can be taken by such queries.
