we won the land property case recently one year before and due to rumours we are listening that opponent were filled a appeal on highcourt but how do we know that opponent is applied for appeal or not
.we didnt get any notice till date
As per your query, let me tell you that if in case you have no clue whether the opponent has appealed in the High Court or not, then you can check it online.
Visit the High Court website of your state, and enter the name of the Parties and inspect whether the case has been appealed or not. If the opponent has taken it to High Court then it must be available on the website, and if it's not there, then it means no such step has been taken.
You can also ask you're lawyer to get a physical inspection in this regard.
