I have to file a money Recovey suit for 5 lakh under order 37 of cpc in Mumbai Jurisdiction for my Client who paid to his friend on loan during his urgent need.
Could you please advice on calculation of Court Fees for Filling of this Suit?
Minimum how much Court fees need to pay?
is all expences of court fees Granted back to plaintiff on reward of Order??
pls Advice in detail, Matter Urgent please.
