Can police send notary register to FSL in further investigation stage without court order?
only high court ordered to police check veracity and genuines of document ? please give legal advice
If there is an order passed by high court in this regard then the concerned officer or authority is responsible to verify the details and reports it's authenticity
Police cannot send the documents to FSL on their own when the matter is already pending before a court of law.
They may have to obtain permission from court for doing so.
