Tenant agreement after 16 year

we have singed one 11 month agreement with tenant 16 year ago, and now we have singed another 11 month agreement with him. Please let me know, is there any chance that he can do anything wrong??
Property papers are in my father's name.

please help me advocates!

Your tenant giving trouble or expecting trouble from your tenant? state the facts first

It will be deemed new tenancy with new settled terms and conditions  and now  tenant can be evicted as per terms and conditions of new agreement.

During period of 16 years, there are so many thing which can be proved many thing against you.

Hindsight, taking opinion after the agreement has already been executed is of little use. Make sure you do it before taking first step so that maximum adverse things can be avoided.

In new agreement, we have mentioned the condition that you have to evict the shop whenever we want.

I have took his photo as well when he is singing and reading the agreement, so that he cannot say that, i have singed the agreement in any pressure.
