dear experts
I am constructing an apartment by taking permission from the city Muncipality and with out any notice or information suddenly electricity department came and installed electric poles in my compound forciably which are on out side of compound .
when i complained showing my permission the station house officer telling that he is a government employees, I can take any action so easy and you better to consult his superiors and setting the issue.
under these circumstances what can we do?
kindly advice on this.
