Breach of Privacy

I dwell in a joint family. Lately, my younger brother has installed CCTV cameras inside and outside the house indiscriminately without my knowledge and permission basically to keep surveillance on me. My privacy is being breached at every corner. What should I do?

Serve a legal notice and if the problem persist, please approach the police and file a permanent injunction suit.
