Books to be displayed for the public at the sub-registrar

Respected Sir,

What are the various books to be displayed OR allowed to be checked for the public at the Sub-Registrar office , Andhra Pradesh state. I had applied for EC , ten days back but the concerned person is on leave and the sub-registrar office persons are delaying the process and hence i decided to check if any transactions on the specific Survey Numbers. Kindly guide me.
